Our "Pay Nothing Unless Satisfied" policy applies to the initial creative phase. If you are not 100% satisfied with the final product, you are not obligated to pay the final invoice.
Upon full payment, ownership and copyright of the custom jingles, videos, or websites are transferred to the client. Until payment is made, RogueX Media retains all rights.
RogueX Media is not responsible for the performance of your marketing campaigns or any third-party platform changes (e.g., Google or Meta algorithm updates).
